1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a return and specify the new size or product you would like.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for faster processing. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
